Shipping policy

All amude candles are inspected prior to shipping, please note any damages sustained through shipping may be exchanged if the damaged item has been reported to our team within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged items need to be documented and shared with the amude team to initiate the exchange. Estimated shipping lead time is 2 - 5 business days.
